Wildwood Public School District Employment Information

  • Effective June 1, 2018, the state statute (P.L. 2018, c5), requires that all school districts, charter schools, nonpublic schools, and contracted service providers make certain inquiries regarding child abuse and sexual misconduct of prospective employees who will have regular contact with students. Newly hired and/or rehired applicants, who have been employed by schools, or in a position in which there was regular, direct contact with students, within the last 20 years must provide the information requested of the applicant’s current and former employers.

    STEP 1. Applicants must complete page 1, Section 1 of the Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure Release for all current and former employers for the period of the past 20 years in which the employer was a school a school entity or wherein the applicant was employed in a position having direct contact with students. Please ensure that employer contact information is complete and accurate. Applicant must sign the authorization on page 2 of the disclosure form.

    PLEASE NOTE: Applicant must complete a separate form for each current and each former employer in which the position had regular contact with students.

    STEP 2. Upon completion of page 1, section 1, and signature in place, applicant must submit the form in its entirety via fax, email or regular mail to:

    • Broad knowledge of testing and evaluation, theories of individual and group guidance techniques, elementary/secondary school guidance program design, and career/educational

Possession of understanding of current rules and regulations regarding Child Study Team and special education assessment and program requirements.
